Order Acceptance
The acceptance of your order begins when you receive an email confirmation from mehnazkhurshid or see a confirmation window after checkout, along with a system-generated order number.
Order Cancellation
mehnazkhurshid reserves the right to cancel orders for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Items being out of stock at the time of processing or fulfillment.
- Technical errors in order placement.
- Negative or suspicious order history.
- Articles found defective during quality control.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address or email address.
- Pricing issues.
- Declined payments by the issuing financial institution.
Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order has been processed or shipped.
Delays & Liabilities
mehnazkhurshid will endeavor to ensure expeditious delivery according to the regular delivery schedule. However, under no circumstances will mehnazkhurshid be liable for any delays in pickup, transport, or delivery of an order, regardless of the cause.
Liabilities Not Assumed
mehnazkhurshid shall not be held responsible for orders that are:
- Lost, damaged, mis-delivered, or not delivered.
- Delayed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Acts of God: Natural disasters like earthquakes, cyclones, storms, or floods.
- Force Majeure: Events beyond reasonable control that make it impossible for us to fulfill our obligations.
In such events, mehnazkhurshid will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its duties.
Order Placement
Payment Options
Customers can make payments through:
- Payment methods available on the website.
- Bank transfers.
Product Availability
mehnazkhurshid does not guarantee the availability of products ordered. If any item is out of stock:
- Customers will be offered an alternative product, design, or color within the same price range.
- If no confirmation is received from the customer, the order may be canceled without prior notification.
Order Processing for International Customers
International orders will only be processed after full payment has been received from the customer.
Payment Terms for Pakistani Customers
- Orders up to PKR 50,000: Payment can be made upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).
- Orders above PKR 50,000: Advance payment is required.
- Stitching orders: 100% advance payment is mandatory.

- Local Delivery: 8-10 working days.
